Details:
• Who: Myself and a senior leader from my team will lead the session.
• What: Initial engagement call, a questionnaire to all key stakeholders, one prep call before the meeting and a 4-hour in-person session tailored to your firm’s needs. Following the meeting there is a deliverable call where our team walks you through your strategic plan.
• When: Due to the nature of this offer, our team only engages in two strategy sessions per month. Please reserve your spot soon as times will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
• Cost: This is a paid engagement for $24,000 due to the time and resources involved.
